About Me

Hi I'm Max (she/her)!
Helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals is my greatest passion. I have been immersed in the field of clinical nutrition and research since 2012, and have been practicing as a Registered Dietitian (RD) since 2017. I have combined my clinical expertise with a strong research foundation to offer evidence-based guidance that truly works. I pride myself on making clients feel at ease while empowering them to make meaningful, sustainable changes.
I understand how challenging modern life can be—juggling busy schedules, convenience food, and breaking free from sedentary habits can feel overwhelming. That’s where I come in. My goal is to help you overcome these barriers with tailored strategies and compassionate support. After all, if making healthy changes were easy, we’d already be doing it!
A Little More About Max
Outside of work, I love staying active and participating in a variety of physical activities. I’m currently into CrossFit, powerlifting, and running. Over the years, I have explored everything from cycling and triathlons to mountain biking, climbing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, hiking, snowboarding, surfing, paddle sports, and more. While I am not a professional in any of these, I find joy in moving my body in ways that keep life fun and exciting.
I am also a foodie at heart, with a deep love for eating, cooking, canning/preserving food, and making a mess in the kitchen. At home, I enjoy spending time with my cats and getting creative by sewing, taking pottery classes, and cross stitching.. I understand firsthand how busy life can be, but I firmly believe everyone can unlock their full health potential and enjoy a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle – sometimes you just need a little help and guidance along the way.
